How many times have you wanted to ride something

at WDW and it was down at the moment due to a power surge or something? Did you do anything about it?

The only ride that's been down for us was Test Track a couple times. We just waited or came back later.

I am not going to get bent outta shape cuz a ride is down. That's par for the course with theme parks everywhere.

Well, not sure if this is what you mean re: 'do about it', but...

Last summer I was at the MK with the kids, and they really wanted to ride BTMR....it was a thrill for me, because this was the first time Ryan actually asked to ride it, and not fear it, saying he wouldnt.
Anyhow, I got us the FP's and being a very busy day, it had a long return...maybe 3 1/2 - 4 hours...so we headed to Tomorrowland to start there and work our way back. After returning, we handed over the FP's and headed in. Just as we were coming down the last ramp, the ride broke down. After hanging around about 10-15 minutes or so, there was an announcement made that they did not know how long it would be until it was operating again, so the lines disbursed. What i did was, head back down to the CM who takes the FP's and asked for them back, so that we may ride it later when it was operating....I was given one ticket for the 3 of us with the CM's signature on it
Later that evening we were able to ride it

Very rarely have I gone to WDW and not been able to go on a ride. If it is down, I try back later. Nothing else you can do. I will say WDW is much better about keeping their rides open than most other parks I have been to.

Yes. I go back later or say, "Darn, I really wanted to ride that/see that attraction.!"
