Can you borrow multiple times from the same year?

Yes.
Each individual point can only be borrowed once, but since you have multiple points/year, you can have multiple borrow transactions using different points.
(Same rule with banking, too)

Also, you may only borrow when actually making the reservation that will use the borrowed points.
