How Many Tables Are Servers Assigned To?

This is a basic question, I guess, but I've read a number of trip reports in which people have received very extensive service, and based on that, it would be hard to imagine that servers could have too many tables assigned to them. Thanks in advance.

I think it is around 16-20, ours just had 2 4's and 1 8 table, the 8 table actually have 2 4's which were never both there.

If the restaurant is 100% full there would be 475 guests and there are 25 stations (so 25 serving teams) so on average each team would have 19 guests. Even when the dinning room is not filled to capacity (which they "never" are) some serving teams may have more than 19 guests and others less. I think that if you're a good server you can get more (and therefor hopefully more tips)

With so many possible guests, how can the servers be attentive (especially to the younger children) as I have read in various trip reports?
