How Many Songs...(not a game)

does your 4GB ipod/mp3 hold?
the apple website says 1,000. but mine only is holding about 500.(i also have no lyrics/pictures.)
am i doing something wrong?

ALSO: does anyone know how to delete contacts?

i have the third generation ipod nana 4gb.
i have 423 songs on mine right now.
plus a tv show episode and some pics and podcasts.
i have just a little bit of space left.
so im sure without the extra stuff,
id have plenty more room.

im not sure how to tell you to fix that though. :/

you probably have to reset your ipod to the original settings...i have 1st gen ipod nano 4gb and i can get 800 on easily

I would take it into an Apple store and have one of the people there help you. you should be able to download considerably more than what you have.

It will take all your songs off of the ipod, but all your songs will still be on itunes if you only reset the ipod
