Is there a standard number disney make you have?

I have 30ish guests coming so its not going to be a big ballroom do (unfortuantely). I dont want everyone to be cramped like I find at some of the weddings i've attended. Do disney charge per table, or do table rentals not get charged for?

We have about 30-35 guests and we have 4 tables. As far as I know there is no fee for table rental, tables and standard white or ivory linens are included. The only extra cost would be if you upgraded linens and extra centerpieces. HTH

oh wicked, thank you.

Can I ask, are you sitting at one of the tables or are you having a sweetheart table for you and the groom?

We will be at ADH. They told us the tables hold 10 each. We will have 54 guests at our wedding. We are using 6 tables. Some will have 10 people some will have 8 and one will have 6. It just works out best this way as we do not want to split up families or friends just to fit 10 at each table.

I have about 35 guests or so and I am having 4 tables with (8-10) people at each. Plus a sweetheart table. Table size and arrangement might depend on where you are having your reception though. As Sklar said, white linens are provided for free. You are only charged if you wanted coloured tablecloths, overlays or for chair covers or upgraded chairs.

We are at the Whitehall room and we are having a sweetheart table. We thought this was best as we didn't want to 'choose' which table to sit at.

You can setup your tables however you want, depending on where your reception venue is.

Round tables, square tables, long rectangular tables, etc.

We have about 35 guests and are doing 3 very long rectangular tables, plus a sweetheart table.

The size and number of your tables will only affect the cost in terms of:

# of table linens or things like table runners, overlays
# of centerpieces

We're also at ADH, but we wanted to use the seats that are already there. With those, you can only fit 8 per round table. But we really like the way they look, they don't have to be covered, and they're comfy. Plus, because they're the ADH chairs, you know they're going to match the decor of the place.

what are the chairs like at adh (i take it, that stands for Atlantic Dance Hall?)

Remember that even though there isn't a charge for an extra table, or for standard linens, remember that's an extra centerpiece you have to purchase

We are going with the larger tables. These will be covered with white cloths and we are using red napkins. I really did not want to pay for seat covers but at this point I think we are. We will be having white seat covers with a red sash on each. We will be having 3 glass cylanders of different heights filled with water and red rose petals and a white floating candle in each. These will be sitting on a mirror and there will be red rose petals on the table. We are having all our tables on the dance floor. We are keeping the smaller tables that are on the higher level there. This way if people want to break off during the reception into smaller groups they can.

I love the tables and chairs at ADH but I really wanted the whole red and white theme and the woodtone tables and the wood and blue chairs just did not match. As far as the table size goes, I thought the standard tables that are at ADH are 4 tops?

They are. We're using standard banquet round tables. Typically they seat 10 people using standard banquet chairs. We're using the ADH chairs (our colors are shades of blue, so they work for us) which means 8 per table. That covers 36 of our guests, the rest will be seated at the smaller ADH tables off the dance floor. It's going to be a buffet, so I'm not stressing on where people sit, all that much. A buffet and open bar tends to mean that people move around quite a bit. Which is what we want. Lots of mingling.

Sounds great - would love to see your photos. We just love the ADH. A few years ago there were some pictures of a reception held here and they also had some balloon bouquets. We are getting 6 of these also - they will be red Mickey head balloons along with a few silver star mylar. These will be place at the stair entrances to the dance floor. I think they are only $35.00 for each bouquet and ever since I saw the pictures of them at ADH I wanted them.
