How many rides can you accomplish doing VIP tour?

For those who have done a VIP tour, I am wondering what is a reasonable amount of rides that can be done during the 6 hour tour. We will only have one day with first time visitors, so want to choose carefully which rides to prioritize.

You can get a lot done. Last trip, we rode all the big rides in DCA, including Guardians 2x, and took a break for food (20-30 mins) and were finished with DCA in under 3 hours. We then hit DL, and did all the rides that had access (except Indy because we got the kids FP for later, and that eats a lot of time) including the rides in Fantasyland (Peter Pan, Dumbo, Pinnochio, Snow White, Small World, and Tea Cups.) And they did both sides of Matterhorn. I think it was 3.5 hours in DL.

Yes, you can get a LOT done. We did all the headliners in both parks, some of them more than once, plus a lot of other stuff, such as Buzz and most of Fantasyland. We also did the Mark Twain, which took a chunk of time, plus we stopped for a sit-down lunch in NOS. We did GRR last, right as our time was running out, just so he could get us into the FP line. They'll go on most of the rides with you if you want, but not the water rides since they're not supposed to get wet.

We started our VIP tour at 10 so we had the morning when the parks weren't busy to do several things without our plaid. We were able to do Space and Indy and a few other things. We did Space again with the plaid, but we didn't do Indy again with him. We also took time to have breakfast in the park for the first time ever. Then in the evening we had the reserved area for F!, even though we weren't on the tour any longer.

Keep in mind that you don't get Peter Pan with the VIP.

They are very good at helping you figure out a plan, BTW. So once you have your plaid, just tell him or her what your priorities are and they can help with that.

Why are some rides not allowed on the VIP tour?

First, be aware the list changes often. Mr Toads is currently a no. I think Pooh's Adventures is off the list. Casey Jr. Gadget's GoCoaster, the Main St vehicles, in DCA, The Wheel of Death was off, not sure if it will be in the future, Jumping Jelly Fish, Silly Symphony Swings are the ones I can think of.... Remember, you can also do shows like Frozen, Mickey's Magical Map, Disney Jr., and visit Anna and Else and the LaunchBay.

OH, the question is WHY, not which... Working on that reading comprehension thingie...

The list was even more restrictive before. It had been only FP rides, then they have slowly expanded it. The rides in Fantasyland have been revolving.

I have been fortunate to hop on a tour with friends...we did 22 attractions in 8 hours...but we were also on a go go go Mission and had a guide that helped accomplish that.

It was awesome...and exhausting!
