How many points?

The answer to this question is probably somewhere obvious, but I can't find it. Where do you find out how many points it would take to rent a villa? Let's say I wanted to rent a Beach Club Villa in July. Where can I find out how many points I'd need and if it was even available?

on ms website it is the 'vacation points calculator link'. put it any resort, any time, any size accom.

sorry tried to edit, but the site is a points calculator so you can not see availability on it, just a way to add points needed for a reservation.
