vista most def holds that many.... i mean... think about it.... they have over 40 buildings.... each building is 3 floors each floor has 4 apartments... each apartment holds between 2 and 6 people.... its a ton...

Yeah that's true. But for some reason it never seems like that many people are there?

But I guess it's just a perspective thing. You get friends and kind of isolate a little from the rest of the complex so it seems that there's less there than there actually is.

Well the commons shouldn't really count that's usually people in the Epcot program their acceptance numbers and rates are separate from ours. The other ICPs however are part of the normal jobs just like everyone else.

I've heard 7,000 total,, so that definitely sounds about right

I was at casting last week, checked in 2/7 and a cast member was asking us trivia questions while we were waiting. She said there were about 3,000 CPs for this Spring season.
No cast member has said anything about how ppl are rejected & accepted. However, I am assuming that the number they take is based on need in the parks not based on how much room they have in housing. Also, the head of the programs office did say that he will terminate at least 3 people on the first night alone (for breaking rules), every check in date of each program season. So theres also extra room since people do dumb things and get kicked out.
