How many people does a room hold? And is there a limit as to how many can wait in line to enter?

It can vary, but typically around 14 is maximum; however, with moderators that can enter any room I have seen up to 18.

Yes, I agree, it's a little weird how the maximum varies from 15 to 19, as I've seen it. I spoke with a VMK before, and I could have sworn she said that she had to wait to get in to a crowded room as well.
