I was thinking about getting tickets for 2 adults & 2 children for 10/31. Do they only allow a certain number of people in for the party or is it open to as many people that want to be there?

Only a certain number of people are allowed in for the party. So if you are thinking of going on Halloween night, definetly get your tickets now. It is usually a sell out. Last year Hallloween and the night before it were both sell outs for the party.

Yes they only sell a specific amount of tickets. When that number of tickets are gone they will sell no more. The same goes for for e-ticket nights. Disney prefers that the public not know the exact number, so I will keep that to myself. FYI--Halloween night ALWAYS is a sell out way before that date. Other nights are sold out too, but none as quickly as that night. Since that night is a Sunday night, not sure how many locals will attend. Probably Friday the 29th will be another big sell out--mostely because of the locals. We are hoping to go on Sunday the 24th.

I attended the sell out MNSSHP 10/31/03-- it was crowded!!! I was really suprised. I have also been the week of Easter and it was comparable in crowds. However, the lines weren't bad. Other than trick-or-treating and free pics-- which were really long pretty much all night. It was really just navigating the park. That proved to be alittle difficult. We were also a group of 12 which probably made a difference.

We went on 10/31 and had a great time. The park was a little crowded, but the lines for the rides were pretty short. We had also bought out tickets months ahead.

We have been going every year on Halloween and it has always been a sellout as long as I can remember. Yes it is crowded but there is something about seeing the headless horseman on Halloween night in the MK that really makes it all worthwhile.

So if we don't do MK Halloween night, would it be tacky if we took the kids over to Celebration so they could trick or treat?
