So Disney FL is getting around 18% of the total population of the United States per year. That an insane number!!!! They have to be running out of people who can go. Realistically there has to be a top number who can go.

I understand that there are people from other countries in this number but still wow

Attendance numbers do not represent unique individuals. A family of 4 with seven day passes counts as 28 admissions. A FL resident pass holder who visits once a week is counted 52 times.

Also the numbers that were recently posted are estimates most major theme parks don't release attendance numbers to the public.

I agree with the clarifications others have made, but the basic question is still valid, when do you reach a point where everyone who would come to WDW is already coming? If price were no object is there anything you could do at WDW now that would dramatically increase the number of people coming to the parks, short of drastically cutting prices?

WDW's strategy recently has been to do things to increase guest spending with higher prices and more up-charge events like the new Harambe Nights. They could be doing this because they feel they don't have the capacity to handle dramatically more guests, especially in MK, or they could be doing it because they feel the cost of building major new attractions won't lead to a big enough increase in attendance to justify it.
