How many pages..

do you put in each scrapbook album?? I am kinda new to scrapbooking and I have albums that look like if you put in anymore pages it is gonna pop! How many books do you guys do for your Disney pictures?

Well........I have one album (CM album) that is so stuffed with pages that the spine cover won't stay on when you open the book. (NOT endorsed by my CM consultant, lol) That's for our 2004 WDW trip, which was the first time we took our boys. I don't know how many pages are in it, though.

I normally don't put that many in one album, even the WDW ones. In November, DH took over 2,200 pics, and I may eventually need two albums for that.

In my CM albums I usually put around 45 pages, so 90 layouts. In my digital albums I usually stick to 20 pages.

All my Disney albums are 2 book per trip. No less then 300 pics, typically 90 -100 layouts per album.

Other albums are usually about 90. I stuff mine to the gills.

Our disneymoon was 90 pages. I tend to have a book per season, but the amount of pages tends to depend on how busy my season was!

Regular 12 x 12 albums usually have 10 page protectors (enough for 20 layouts). I usually buy a second set of 10 page protectors for my albums. After that, if you want more pages, you are going to have to buy extenders (replace the metal pegs that are holding it together with longer pegs.) But I try not to do that unless it is a very special event, as it is important to me to actually FINISH the scrapbooks and move on to the next project, which is hard if you try to scrap too many photos.

for me it depends on what I have in my book. If I have a lot of tickets and other things that make the pages thicker I will stick to 20 or 25 pages

I have the horrible habit of creating a book each of my kids, books of just character interactions and then a general book - for each trip. None of my books is under 20 pages. We have gone three times.

I need to start getting more photos per page - I am so far behind!

I too have topped the 2000 mark on disney pictures in a 10 day trip in '08. I'm looking at about 5 albums when it's all said and done (fully stuffed)
