I have the same problem with my shins, I got it a few weeks back in both legs and thought I could just run through it

when I was unable to walk after a run I took my shoes in I had about 200 miles on them but the lady said it looked like I had more than 500 on them, I got some new ones and went on my merry way.
I started back training after giving myself a few days to recover and my right leg feels great but my left leg isn't improving the same, it feels better while I run but I am still in lots of pain after, rest doesn't help and I can't run through it, I am considering strapping it up???
I was just reading your post Shan and I too can't even do one jump on my leg, in fact I can barely stand on it. And it aches all the time and it is even sore to the touch, I ice it after every run and am resting up as much as possible, my
crocs are the only shoes that help. I think I might have damaged it when I tried to run though the pain last month, I took my shoes back and they still look fine and my other leg was relieved immediately. Anyone any advice???
Kirsty
PS sorry for borrowing your tread but it sounds like we had similar problems
