How many meals a day do you PLAN, as in PS?

We always plan a PS for breakfast and dinner. Maybe occasionly we scrap dinner and have a late lunch. We are always able to change them the night before from our hotel room if we are having second thoughts.

We usually plan on about two a day, sometimes 3 a day.
