How Many Guests Did You Have/Will You Have?

We're in the process of getting back RSVPs. Just wondering how many guests all of you had.

The guest list had to be the hardest thing about our wedding...we had to do some serious cuts to our original list...and to stay on budget we had to stick to the AA minimum of 100 guests...so we invited 106 guest and made up a B-list to fill the extra spots when we got the RSVP’s… wouldn’t you know ended up with 98 guests from the original list…poor B-list people never got a chance .......

We invited maybe 60-65 people, knowing alot couldnt' make it, but we really hoped they would be able to. we wanted to end up with no more than 40. We ended up with 35

Our current invite list is at 198 and might grow by a few. We hope to get 75. We'll see what happens...

We invited 171 and currently we are at 80 and RSVP deadline is August 1.

We are having an intimate wedding and will probably have 6 guests. Yes you read right 6. There will be David's Brother (best man) and his girlfriend, my Mom and her partner and two very close friends, Maggie and Bill. Bill will be giving me away. We are going to have a reception when we get back home though.

We invited around 110, but we knew several of them couldn't make it already. We ended up with 78 guests.

Originally We wanted to keep it pretty small. I was brutal with my list and only had 30 people. He had 60. Thats not so bad but his mom added an additional 60 people. For the additional 60 she is paying so I say the more the merrier. I just e-mailed our complete list to Disney and it was for 161 people. I know we will get a bunch of nos so most likely we will have around 100.

We will be inviting 244 people but we are expecting more than 100 nos. Ideally I would like it to be somewhere between 75 - 100 guests attending but everyone we have been talking to in the family is so excited we might end up with closer to 150.

Oh lordy who knows..lol.. we jotted a quick guest list yesterday of 76...that's not including his parents' list or my parents' list.

We had an Intimate also and had 8 guests. It was perfect for us, made it very personal, and we wanted something small and quiet, and well, intimate. We planned to have a reception back home a couple of months later, and the list for that was up to 120 guests, but my mom passed away and it didn't seem right to have a party, so we called it off.
