I was thinking about this topic this morning since my boss and his wife and kids are heading to WDW for their first time today.

I totally talked him into going. I raved about what a great time we've had their. I knew he just needed a little nudging in the right direction.

Another co-worker will just be getting back early next week.

So that's two sets of families I've convinced to go to WDW for vacation.

I'm sure they'll all love it and keep going for years to come.

So, how many families have you convinced to go? I bet it's alot!!!

Well, have not really talked anyone into going. These people have already been. But, yesterday at work, I did talk a woman into going at Christmas time. (the week before), told her that her son would love it.
She had gone on the cruise and told me all about it.
So, we kind of switched...she'll go land next time, maybe we'll go cruise sometime.

Right now, I am working on helping 2 families with their disney plans....when I talk about disney, the excitement is just catchy! The doctor that I work for is going with his wife, 5 daughters & his MIL & FIL....they were going to take Mears Shuttle rt to Port Orleans....I talked them into getting a limo or van thru Tiffany Town Car & saving them lots of money! I just printed out the hours the parks will be opened while they are there....he can't believe how much I know about the ins & outs of disney! And I can't believe how much he DOESN'T know! I forget that soooo many people don't even know about these boards.....The other friends I am helping are getting married in October & taking their honeymoon in disney.....they thought it was sooo expensive to stay on site....they were just going to get some little cheap hotel in Kissimmee for like $39.99 a nite....I said "WHAT?" Stay on site at an All Star or Pop & pay a little more than that but get all your transportation included.....they didn't even know they could do that.....I have so much fun helping others....it is sort of my way of living vicariously thru their lives....sad, but true.....

My cousin and her family arrived this morning. I got her all excited about going telling her about my trip in April. I'm happy for her. But also a wee bit jealous!! ha;)

My parents (who ultimately bought a timeshare), my sisters, and a good friend who lives out of state.

Well, let's just put it this way....my best friend told me today that I should work in marketing for Disney.:hyper: I keep telling friends how much I love the place and give them little tips for when they go. I've helped a few of my friends plan their trips and they had a great time. Now, if I can get my husband hooked on DVC! That would be wonderful! :sunny:

I talked my BF into going w/us in Oct she is bringing her 4yo daughter (she's like my 3rd child half the time, and probably would have been going with or without mom), however we cannot talk her DH (as of 1wk ago today-congrats Sara!) to go with us. I can't wait to see her Monday to let her know I got our plane tickets while she was on her honeymoon!
