How many does a 1 bdrm at AKV sleep?

I'm trying to figure out how many points I would need. We have 5 in our family and are trying to figure out how many points we would need for an average 7 day stay. According to most things I've read the studios and 1 bdrm sleep 4, however, looking at the floor plan for AKV it shows 1 king size bed, 1 queen size sleeper sofa, and 1 sleeper chair in the 1 bdrm but still states that it sleeps 4 . I would think that this would be fine for 5 but don't want to buy blindly only to find that I've not purchased enough points for our families stays.

It depends on the catagory of room. If you get a standard, savanna or club level room it will sleep 5, but a value room only sleeps 4.

All the 1-B/R villas in Kidani village will sleep 5-people. Those are all still under construction and will begin opening, in phases, starting in 2009 ( or possibly as soon as Dec 2008)

The floorplans you're looking at are probably for the Kidani Village villas. Currently only Jambo House is open for occupancy.

AKV's Standard View, Savanna View and Concierge 1BRs sleep five because of the sleeper chair in the living area. AKV's Value 1BRs sleep four. The Value 1BRs also have the sleeper chair but there isn't enough floor space to open up both the sleeper chair and the sleeper sofa.

I can't imagine having six people in a one bedroom - except maybe OKW, but you can't sleep six there. There was a discussion a few weeks ago about six in a AKV one bedroom with the sleeper chair. There were several seasoned persons who didn't think six was going to happen there. That you would be limited to five in the one bedroom.
