I would allow at least one full day for each park. I think the days of doing both parks in a single day will end once Harry Potter opens but that remains to be seen.

When we were there in 2008 we had 3 days which was perfect! We explored the parks and rode all the rides we loved 2/3 times or 7 times as my youngest DD who was 7 at the time did with Superman because she wasn't tall enough for Hulk

This year we're allowing 4 days just because we are HP fanatics and I'm sure both of my DDs will want to spend the best part of a day at WWoHP

OH! We stay on the property.

Well imo it depends on when you go and if you will have Express or not.

If you go from now till pre HP it will prob be semi light manageable crowds and you could prob do them in 2 days without a rush.

Personally, I would want prob 3-4 days. But that is because I know what I like to ride and there is a few things that I enjoy doing over and over.

If its your first time and no express my suggestion is 4 days min to enjoy the scenery and take things at a slow pace.

Two days if you feel like rushing and not having that fun of vacation imo. Lots to do in Orl and lots of stuff to see in US/IOA rather then just runnin to the rides.
