This year was a great year!

5 nights in May
10 nights in June
8 nights in Sep/Oct
8 nights in Dec.

31 nights total and I wish it could have been more!

Won't be able to do that again for awhile.:(

6 days in August, 7 days in November and 7 days this June. But this is unusual. It will normally be around 10 total.

Well, we haven't stayed at a DVC resort yet, but we have the following already booked:
5 nights Nov.
2 nights Dec.
4 nights June

for a total of 11 nights.

Now, I can't wait 20 more days!!! ::yes::

We've stayed on DVC points for 16 nights this year, plus another 8 cash nights and a 3-night DCL cruise. I responded for the 16 points nights only. Won't be able to do this in 2005. Our DD gets married in July. The honeymoon will be at BWV using some of our points, however. We haven't figured out how to use the rest of our points. Probably bank them to 2006 when the cash flow improves:).

This has been a great year!

We spent 8 days at Christmas, 10 days at Easter, 9 days over the 4th of July, and 3 days in September=30 days this past year. We are spending about the same amount next year, then I will have borrowed all the points I have, so we will have to cut back after that
:(

We're new owners (SSR Sept. '03) and we anticipate spending somewhere between 5 and 7 nights per year.

This year about 20 but next year only about 2 (maybe a couple more if we do a long weekend next Fall) since we won't have our AP's. Then the following year we will pick up the pace again. So I averaged ours since we don't do the same number each year.

Six Days in April
13 Days in September
Six days in November.

For us, not enough, but everyone else thinks we are crazy.

This past March 6 days at OKW
This Oct.(just a few days ago)10 days at VWL

In other words, not nearly enough.

I wanna go home!!

We're new owners at SSR (closing in March) and have our first trip booked for Memorial Day week. I was looking at the points calculator today and think we can actually do Saturday to Wednesday in May (studio) and then Sunday to Thursday (1 br) in November the week of Thanksgiving and have a few points left over.

I already think we need both more points AND more vacation!

24 days last year and 18 days next year. My husband has worked at the same job for close to 25 years and gets 5 weeks vacation a year.

We seem to take two trips in 12-18 mos. We had 10 days (5 Yacht Club and 5 VB) in 8/02. Then we bought more points in '03 and booked a quick trip in 7/03 for 5 days at BCV our new home. We bought annual passes on that trip with the intention of taking a trip within 12 mos. So we returned in 4/04 for 10 days (3 at Pop and 7 at BWV). We LOVE our longer trips and feel cheated with less than 7 days.

We're now trying to decide whether we'll do a 7/05 BCV or 4/05 HH or cruise. I can't decide, but I have to have my Disney fix or I get grouchy!!!!

Now that the World Series is over and the Red Sox have FINALLY won, I can think about vacations and Disney again.

I put 7, because I think that's been our average in the past. But 2004 has been 11. 2005 probably 11, too -- at HH in May and then 6 at WDW for Xmas.

Whoa, maybe I should have put more days for us. I guess our points go further than I realized.

Usually 14 or 15 nights

We go in late Jan or early Feb for 5 nights. Then again in mid-Nov for 5 and back again in early Dec for 4 or 5 nights. It kills me to be away from BCV for so many months but our May vacations are used for visits to see family and friends back north. Retirement is only a few years away and the plan is to then at least double the time we spend at WDW.
