How many days of credits for the dining plan?

My parents are heading to disney in a few days and are confused on the number of credits they have. They are staying 3 nights, but only have 2 days worth of park tickets. So do they have 2 or 3 days worth of dining credits? Thanks!

You have as much credits as nights you're staying. So if they are staying for 3 nights, they have 3 DDP credits.

The days of tickets has nothing to do with dining. Staying 3 nights gets you 3 days of credits.

You don't get DAYS of credits at all. It's based entirely on how many nights you stay (and on which dining plan you choose). If you choose the regular plan, which is the most popular, and you stay 3 nights, then you get 3 TS, 3 QS and 3 snacks in total for each person. Your park tickets mean nothing as far as dining plan allotments go.
