We have only been to Epcot for an evening in our two previous trips as our kids were younger. Now would like to spend more time there. Is one full day enough? I'm also considering adding an evening in during our stay?

There's so much to see and explore at Epcot, that I never feel like a day is enough. It's easily my kids favorite park; we always plan 2 full days there with ADRs in the WS so we don't have to leave.

What time of year will you be visiting?

If you are going during the Food & Wine Festival, I think that can be a day in itself, even with children we found plenty to occupy them as we traveled the World Showcase. Otherwise, I would say one full day is plenty especially with kids. :thumbsup2

My girls were 6 and 11 when we went. 1 day was not enough for us at Epcot (it was at every other park).

I think that if your days allow - do 2 days at Epcot. My kids were 7 & 9 our last trip and loved all the countries.

This year we will be at the parks for 7 days & plan on at least 2 full days there. Now they are 14, 12, & surprise baby brother who will be 3 (his first trip).

Just my $.02 :)

We do two days at Epcot, and still don't manage to see everything, but at least that leaves us something new to discover on the next trip!!

We have 3 boys: will be 8,6,2 and the older two have always been big DHS fans before so my big debate is what park for Thanksgiving. A split between DHS and Epcot. Or just a day at Epcot.

We did two days at Epcot in February. After our first day we still had lots to do and see there so I would definitely do two at Epcot in the future. If you really enjoy food a third day probably wouldn't be hard to fill either, Epcot has some of the best food at Disney

Glad to hear that you can fill two days because that is how I have set up our ADRS... What scares me is getting there and wanting to change things and not being able to because of the ADRS and not having park hopper..

I suppose it depends upon what all you want to see & do.
We like to plan on 2 days there, and maybe even another evening.

What has worked for us in the past is to spend the mornings in FW doing rides & Innoventions, then head over to WS for the afternoon, for lunch or dinner, or both. We enjoy eating around the world and seeing the shows & musicians, etc. On longer trips, if we have a DTD or a pool day, we'll sometimes go into WS for dinner and just to stroll around for the evening.

Or another way we've enjoyed doing it is to spend a day in FW (since it seems lots of folks use the above strategy, so some of the FW rides get shorter lines in the afternoon), then sleep in for a 2nd Epcot day in WS (since it opens later).

Either way can be enjoyable, depending upon your preference. WS is one of our favorite places in the whole world!
