How many days before arrival does ressie show up in hotel computer?

I never got a confirmation in the mail so I would like to call the hotel to confirm I'm in their computer...just for piece of mind!

I agree. Call central reservations.

Reservations don't download from Central Reservations into the hotel computer system until about 7 days prior to arrival. So if you are a week away you can call the resort directly and they should have the reservation if you are more than that they will not have it in their system yet.
