How many children do you have or would you like to have???? Childfree by choice need not vote.

I have 3. I think it would be fun to have more but 3 is good for us. :)

We have two kids - DD is 9, and DS is 7.

I would have liked to have one more, but it wasn't a good choice for us, since we both work outside the home.

DS is 10 and DD is 8, and we are happy with only 2.

I have 3, son 12 yo, daughter 8 yo and step son 20 yo.

I would like to have had more but it wasn't the right thing to do with my ex. As far as having any kids with DH, neither of us wants to go down the sleepless nights and diaper road again.

Just one - works for us - would like another but not in the cards, we may adopt an older child in a few years.

I have 4, 2 dd's 17 and 9 and two ds 11 and 6.
I am done it was the right size for me.

2 DDs. DH would have liked a boy, but DD2 (23 months) has been such a delightful but exasperating handful, DH had a vasectomy!

Mom to two human boys:

Eric (11/93)
Hunter (1/96)

And two Bichons:

Otto (1/00)
Beanie (2/03)
(Sniff Sniff and Heinie 1/90 to 4/02)

All done bearing human children (I better knock on wood after saying this). Can always adopt an older child if we change our mind.

No more doggy additions in the foreseeable future. My house is insane enough!

We have four...two boys and two girls and THOUGHT we were done:D but now are expecting a baby in Feb.

I have 2 Ds2 and DD1. I want 7. If it works according to my plan, I will be 35 when i have the last one. If not, then I will adopt the last two.

My kids are mixed 1/2 flilppino 1/2 american..so I think I would adopt one American child and one from the Philippines..or two from the Philippines..

I say all this but my high school sweatheart..DH swears that 5 is his limit. If that is the case, I don't want to be selfish. If he is telling me he can only handle 5 kids, we have 7 and then something happens to me...well, you get the idea.

Only time will tell, but I am a SAHM and I love big families...so hopefully DH will see what I am seeing.

I have one DS, 4 1/2 months, and would like to have more! He is so much fun! Probably have just one more, but I really would like a DD!

One daughter, age 19.833. We would have liked to have more but it wasn't meant to be. We are grateful for the smart, kind, beautiful girl we did get. :)

We waver on this issue all the time. I love babies and hate the idea of being done, but I think when we weigh the pros and cons we have decided to stop where we are.

We have 2, and I think that is just right for us. Right now we are able to pay for gymnastics for my daughter (which runs about 250 a month) her preschool (200 a month), my sons sports activities (100 a month) etc. And if my daughter goes further in gymnastics, it will get even more expensive.

We also have enough left over to go on one to two trips a year for the four of us and can eat out one to two times a week.

If we had one more, we would not be able to afford all of these "extras". I know that sounds selfish, but we really do enjoy our life just the way it is.

But if I accidentally got pregnant we would be thrilled!

I have 3 sons, 7, 5 and 3 and maybe one more child in the future. We both always said we wanted 4 children.

why can't the childfree vote or place their opinion? Just because one or two people are fanatics (and that is even a tame word for my opinion on some childfree people) doesn't make the rest of us the same.

We have 2 DSs and are happy with that.

We had always said definitely 2, possibly 3 depending how the first 2 go, LOL! Well, I had a lot of trouble conceiving DS#2 and dont really want to go through that again. Plus these 2 guys really wear me out. If had more patience, and money, maybe Id go for the 3rd, but I dont see either of those happening...especially since Im over 30 and wanted to be done with kids by then. ;)

1 DD so far, age 2. We will start trying (again) in December or January for #2. :) We both say that 2 is all we "think" we will have. We will have to wait and see! :)
