How many changes ??? US Airways

What is the record for flight changes ? 6 of us are booked on US Air for Sept. so far the flight has changed 4 times - the last time by just 4 minutes. How many times can and will it change ? Has anyone had this happen to them ?

They used to adjust schedules five times over 11 months (though, of course, you weren't guaranteed to have a change each time the schedule changed). Now, with continuous schedules, it is harder to pin down a number.

I just don't worry too much about schedule changes anymore. We're flying USAir in December, so I'll check for changes about a month out.

Last year we flew Delta in November; I checked the flights the night before we left and noticed there was another change. I was able to get seats together for all 5 of us with no trouble even at that late date. I also noticed that our connection going home wasn't going to work with the schedule changes and called to have that straightened out. I didn't fancy sitting in Atlanta for who knows how long, waiting on another flight!
