How many cell phones have you ever had?

I want to say 7 total - I'm not 100% on that though. Three were flip-phones, and I am on my 4th smart device.

3 cheap phones since 2010. I have less in the family of 4 all having phones several times than most people have in their current single phone they are using right now.

Over 100. I work for a telecom company and at one point was responsible for pre-production testing of cell phones.

Other than the last two, I think 3 flip phones, one slider, and one that didn't have any kind of cover.

I usually try to get at least 2 years out of them. Sometimes I get more, sometimes I get less (one went through the washing machine at a few months old , the battery life on my Samsung Note tanked before I hit 2 years and replacing the battery didn't help).

This is why I buy less expensive, refurbished phones. I can get a good Android for less htan 200 bucks. It might only last two years, but when the $800 also only last two years, it works out.

None. The only cell phone I'm associated with is the one provided by my job. It's sitting in a drawer or cabinet at work someplace- I have no idea where it is or how to use it.

I'm not sure, definitely more than 10 ...maybe 20 especially if you add work phones.

I don't really know, but I can safely say I have had several. It is an embarrassing amount.

I also have had a couple Android phones.

Pre-smartphone, I know I had a couple Razrs, a couple other of the flip phone styles in the early 2000s, and a couple other of the candybar type phones before that. The ones that stand out to me was (I believe the brand was Kyocera), they were cheap and you could get a whole package of faceplates off eBay and coordinate your phone color to your outfit. I loved those crappy phones for that one reason.

I even had the Motorola Flip from the late 90's (maybe 1998-ish)
