It's been such a long time, I can't remember.

Is it 2 suitcases per person and a carry on?

:hyper:

I don't recall a limit, but if there is one it should be somewhere in your docs.

Anything you carry on must fit through the xray machine at the port, which is about the same size as the ones they use at airports.

You get two checked luggage tags per person with your docs. I don't know about carry ons, i have a hard time believing they wouldn't allow you to bring it on if you can carry it and if it fits through the xray machine.

Oh BD, you are soooooo bad!!
LOL!!

BD should stand for BAD DADDY! :teeth:

My guess is that you should check with the airport for which you are departing from. Here at Pgh you are permitted 2 checked bags, 1 carry on and 1 personal bag (laptop, purse).

Hope this helps!

BD:

Is the limit the same for "old Bags" as it is for "new bags".

For example, are two "21 year old bags" the same as one "42 year old bag"?

Just wonderi......

"Ow, quit hitting me, honey! Stop!

Okay I'll delete it.

Let me just hit the submit button.

That's what deletes things!"

BD and Jim,

You both have me :rotfl: , I need my Depends again, wife!!!

Hey Jim.

lol!

Is the limit the same for "old Bags" as it is for "new bags".

I have as yet to ascertain any noticeable difference between a "new" bag and an "old" bag. It's their common denominator that counts. However, there are other restrictions. Take, for example, "used bags"...

Are you talking about on an airplane or on the ship?

On the plane, MOST airlines allow 2 checked bags per person, one carryon bag and one "personal item" which can be a purse, briefcase or backpack and must be stowed under the seat in front of you. Of course if the plane is not that full you can stow everything in the overhead bin. I believe Jet Blue allows 3 checked bags per person. Many also are starting to enforce size/weight restrictions on checked luggage.

I believe Stepharoonie lives in Orlando, so they won't be taking a plane.

Stepharoonie.....you're leaving in the morning and you still haven't packed???

I was able to get extra tags at the port. This is only if you drive and not fly. If you fly you are limited by the airline rules. WE actually ended up with 5 bags for the 2 of us.
