How Many Autographs per Encounter

My question is how many things (ie shirts) can I realistically ask the characters to sign per enounter (meaning : character breakfasts, seeing them randomly in the park ....)

So many people want a 'special' souviener .... have to figure this one out

2 things per guest in your party before they try to move on to the next guest in line. Also they CANNOT sign clothing as long as it's on you, and they cannot sign money, except for 1 disney dollar.
