How many allowed at WL

It depends on the type of room - the standard rooms are 2 queen sized beds, so that would sleep 4, not counting a child under age 3. Then you have junior suites, etc. I think this question could get answered more quickly on the Resorts forum?

Also remember after the first 2 adults for every person over 18 in the room you have to pay an additional charge. This applies to all rooms handicap or not that is just a Disney policy.

I believe it is 2 adults and 1 child under 3 in a crib. We were put in a HC accessible room last week and there was only one king sized bed. I don't know how that happened, because I didn't request an accessible room, but hte walk in/roll in shower sure was nice. I have a fear of falling in their tubs (they seem really high up off the floor/make you feel elevated) (I have been known to take a tumble in the tub at home) and didn't have that in this shower. HTH!!

They should accommodate the same number of people as a non HA room for the same price, even if that means giving you two rooms adjoining. Under the ADA they're not allowed to charge you for the two rooms, if normally you would all fit into one (in this case, max 4 + 1 under 3). Hope that's helpful! :thumbsup2

The max for anyone at WL is 4 whether adults or children ( plus an infant under 3 in a crib) , unless you have one of the suites. There is no difference in the amt. of guests allowed in an accessible or non-accessible room. WL is the only "deluxe" resort that doesn't allow 5 in a room otherwise. AKL guests can now pay cash for the AKL villas to sleep up to 5 in one room.---Kathy

OK does anyone know if there are HC rooms at WL that DO accomodate 4 plus infant or do they have to assign the separate room? Are all the HC rooms there King sized bed rooms?

I'm not positive but have been told that yes, there are rooms with two beds that are also h/a accessible since the renovation at WL. You really don't need to worry though- just make your reservation with whatever party size you have and you'll receive enough bedding for each guest, plus an infant under 3 in a crib. Those of us who post here can really only give that advice- unfortunately there are too many able bodied people trying to figure out if they can ask for a h/a room to get another comp room so I personally don't like to give that kind of "advice" on a public message board. Basically all you can do is book with your party size noted and you'll be getting enough beds for each person...that's per the ADA law.---Kathy
