Brandy, you cAnt use a pin but the rooms are already reduced to the deal Disney is giving. I got akl for $204 a night for end of June. That's with the discounted rate plus the additional 20% off. And like mickeysbud said play around with the dates a bit. We are doing split stay. Got Boardwalk for about $250 a night but if I tried to do bw first it was a lot more.

You can not add the dining plan on though if you don't book through Disney.

Thank you so much for the reply! We are not planning to go until April of 2017, and we want to stay at AKL club level. We are now a family of 5, so we can no longer do a standard room. I am trying to find other ways to get the cost down. We usually get a pin, but if I am understand this correctly I can wait until they open up reservations for that time frame and wait for them to do an offer. Usually the offer is about the same as my pin. Then go through Orbitz or cheaptickets (hoping they have a good % off) Is this a good plan? I really appreciate your help!

Ok, I have played around with Cheap tickets, and even though I am not booking for anytime this year. I cannot seem to find any rooms that are Savannah room Club level at AKL. Maybe they don't offer that room type.

Use Memorial code for 18% off at Cheap Tickets. Also, I will add that when I added my child onto the reservation, they did not charge me extra for it.

ETA: It works! It also worked on the Red Lion which gets really great reviews. It brought it down to $285 for 4 nights including resort fees.

All Star Sports is $492.

Yep, they are the same company now. Cheap Tickets wasn't allowing the use of discount codes on Disney resorts in the past, but it seems as if they are now allowing them again. The only downside is that they impose a $25 cancellation fee if you need to cancel. And then they blame that on Disney, which I will say is total BS. Disney may be trying a money grab at every angle now a days, but this isn't one of them.

But if there is not a high probability of cancellation you can get a great deal through either of them.

I cancelled my POR trip with cheaptickets 3 weeks ago and got full refund, without having to do anything. Of course I turned around and booked BWI with a 16%, so they got my money anyway
