How long would this take at Epcot

We are going to at Disney Sept 2-9. I'm thinking of doing a morning at Epcot on an extra magical hour morning. My kids are small and some of my family members get motion sick, so we aren't interested in soarin or test track. I'd like to be there and ready to go in right at 8:00. We would head back to FEA, meet and greet Anna and Elsa, then walk over for Nemo and turtle talk. What kind of time frame do you think those four things would take?

You could be finished by 10:00-10:30AM.

It's only about 2 hours. It really depends on how much of a wait at FEA and M&G. Those will be the biggest time sinks. If it is EMH, I would be there by 7:30AM. I have been several times where they open up 15 minutes early.
