How long will I be waiting at Customer service?

we have the Canadian at par passes. We arrive on Dec 30th at 1040am ME to POFQ. Then EPCOT!! But to get in we must first go to Customer service to prove Canadian status for our passes to be validated.

Is cust service something that gets lined up and swamped?

That would be "Guest Relations." (#9a on the Epcot map below.)

Depends on the luck-of-the-draw (timing and number of other guests trying to get things done) as to how long.

I'm thinking that you could also go to any ticket booth to get this done. (#5's below.)

Not really, and probably not at the time you'll get there, which would be around 1 PM by my calculations. In July, at MK, it was pretty much a 30 sec wait. If a line forms, a manager or CM often comes through the line to see if he can help guests before they get to a window.

Thank you Robo for the map, Guest relations is good to see exactly where! and the ticket sales I haven't used before, so that is good to know as well (usually have passes in a package) Thanks all

Any ticket booth can, indeed, validate your Canadian residency status and activate your tickets. No need to wait at Guest Relations. Just bring your Canadian IDs/passports!
