How long will a table service take?

I have a dinning plan and wanted to use my table service credits, but I'm concern that I will be wasting a lot of time eating. Can people tell me how long it usually take for them to eat without children? Thanks.

We are 2 adults and on buffets we are in and out in 30 to 45 minutes, depends on how much of a rush we are in.

Regular TS wait staff type of places could be an hour or more but I can tell you DH would not stand for super slow service, he would walk out first.

I am assuming that without children you will be eating at more alacarte places rather than buffets so I would budget 1 1/2 hours for a large meal especially during free dining. Now, if your eating at a buffett or family style TS you could easily get out in under 45 minutes. Perhaps someone else might have a more accurate assesment but that's my recollection.

I'm thinking of doing a la carte and I'm going in mid November, is that a busy time? I don't think there is free dining then.
