GCH to PP? We're staying at GCH and think we'd like to have dinner one night at a PP restaurant.

Is it like 10 minutes? 5? 15? A big pain or easy?

Short and Do-able - no problem at all. I would say around 10 minutes.

Go out the front door of the GC, walk down the driveway, cross the street and you're at Paradise Pier.

Yes, it's very close; just across the street. But, if you aren't planning on visiting the Disneyland Hotel, I recommend you walk off your meal by going back the long way. You can stroll the grounds of the DLH, and walk back to GCH via DTD.

If you like Japanese food, then definitely have dinner at Yamabuki's.
