How long to wait for Membership

I submitted payment for DiSavers several days ago and would like to submit my package for booking. How long does this take and what is the actual process? i read that I would go to a special area to submit but do not see it.

Your membership should have been activated by now (I believe I did it on Thursday).

Please let me know if it is still now activated.
