How long to hear back about your date?

Hi! We spoke with Joe on 5/2 with our wedding date choices/ceremony/reception choices. One of them was 5/4/23 and then 5/5/23 then 5/6/23. Since the 12 month mark passed for the 4th and 5th, how long until they tell us if and what we got? Do they email or call? If I got one portion of our choices do they let us know? Sorry for all the questions!

So when we went to the open house last month, they explained that they get together shortly after all the one year out requests come in (so I'm guessing maybe once a week) to discuss and hash out any overlaps with dates or venues and try to accommodate the most possible, etc., so I'm assuming that means you'll be at the VERY least waiting until next week!
