In summary our room was in poor repair, broken mattress, (abnormally) beat up furniture and appliances etc..Honestly if you are willing to share I would like to hear about your bad stay.
Just wondering, how did you notify the front desk? For benefit of people reading this thread who are not aware, calling the front desk gets a person at a call center “somewhere,” not the actual front desk at the resort. So when there’s a problem, it’s important to call Housekeeping or Maintenance or even Bell Services, because they’re onsite, or to go in person to the front desk to be certain you’re speaking to someone who can actually respond to the issue at hand.Front desk and member services were made aware at check in
