How long to get membership cards?

DW and purchased in the beginning of October and still have not received our blue membership card. The temps. they sent with our packet expired in Feb. I called ms and was told that it would be "any day now" I even requested new cards and still no cards. What gives

I bought in October and never got mine either. I called and they resent them.

They didn't arrive until after our trip, but we didn't have any problems because we were in the computer.

We bought in June 04. We got the temps right away. We were told it would be 6-8 weeks for the perm cards. We had to make 15 calls to get them. Then when we got married in June 05 it took 65 months to get the card with her new last name on it
