how long to eat a character breakfast?

how long should i plan for a breakfast at chef mickey's or o'hana's. we'll be doing them before heading to the parks and i really want to try to be at the parks before rope drop.

I would like to know this as well. We have a 7am ADR for chef mickeys and made the early ADR so we could make rope drop.

I've been to both and I would plan on at least an hour. Each one takes a photo before you are seated. With Chef Mickey's you could get out in less time because it's a buffet.

Have you thought about eating at Crystal Palace? If you can get an early ADR then you can get into the MK park an hour before it opens.

there at the opening, I would guess 45-60 minutes. I have read of people eating early at CP and CRT (CRT is smaller and usually doesn't take as long anyway) and being done before park opening. Normally our meals take 75-90 minutes but that's with a full restaurant when we arrive.

I think Ohana and Cape May start at 7:30 and CM starts at 7:00 for out of the park locations.
