I just put them in at 6:15, and subsequently realized it would probably be hours before they are done . How long do they need to cook? I have them baking in the oven at 395 in a pan covered in foil.
I have no experience, but I've always heard ribs were to be cooked at lower temps for longer periods(what Deuce said). I'm thinking at 395 they'll cook, but they won't be tender. But what do I know?

When I cook racks of ribs in my smoker, they are almost always perfectly done at 5 - 6 hours at 225.... Even indoors I never go above 275.
And if they were to get done too early, here is what I do... I wrap them in foil. Then I wrap the foil in towels, and put them in a cooler chest ... they will be good that way for a few hours.
I just did this, this past weekend. Took 4 lbs of boneless ribs, marinated them overnight in BBQ sauce....in the a.m. I threw them in my crockpot and let them cook all day long on low. 5pm they were AMAZING!!!!
