How long should I allow for dinner at Emeril's Citiwalk restaurant? We have reservations for 5:30pm on May 8th. I was originally allowing 75 minutes, which would have given us enough time to make it back to MGM for Fantasmic! at 8:30pm. I am hearing from the other board that they think dinner could take 2 hours. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks!!
