Can't decide....Originally booked at POR for 6 nights. I was using the Visa code for the room only and buying park hopper tickets. We were planning on arrival day and one day in the week for "pool and resort days" not going to any water parks. Just found out I'm approved for the 7 for 4 deal. It costs about $123 more and my airline would be cheaper (go figure!). Is this too long to stay? I've got 3 kids, 10,7,3. Love to hear everyone's input!::MinnieMo

I went for 7 nights last year, and I thought it was the perfect amount of time.

Go for it!!! I'm the wrong person to be telling people to stay longer at WDW though. We're going for two weeks this summer, and I still don't think that is long enough!! By the way, our kids are 6 and 3 and are WDW veterans!!!

Go For it!! There is so much to see and do. I would say go for the seven days even if you were spending them all in the parks. :)

GO for it! But know this... you're asking the wrong board! Of course we're going to say yes! :)

I agree, go for the 7 for 4 deal. It gives you the freedom to go to a park just for the parade/fireworks or to catch a favorite ride or two without worrying that you are "wasting a day" of your park passes. Disney Quest is included in the UPH that you get with the 7 for 4 deal and my 10 year old would stay there ALL DAY if we let him. Also, with the 7 for 4 you get $100 Disney dollars (and an extra add on such a miniature golf, $25 GC to Planet Hollywood at DTD, etc.) so make sure that figures into your decision (maybe the Disney dollars will help pay for the extra meals to stay longer?). Can you tell we are going on this package in May??!!

I just bumped my reservation up to 9 nights.

Can never have too many! :earsboy: :earsboy:

Its really nice to have a day or two for "down" time. I would definitely do the 7 nights!

Where are our manners? LOL!!!!

rileyroosmom........in case no one has said this....

Welcome to the Boards...

At the risk of being redundant ... stay as long as you can! The longer you are there, the less pressure there is to see it all crammed into short spaces. Especially with a 3 yr. old, you need to make yourselves take an afternoon break!

Hope they come out with a 10 for the price of 7 days for ya!

We stayed for 11 nights in May of 2000 (honeymoon) and we could have stayed a few more; the last two times we went for 8 nights and thought that wasn't enough so this month, we are going for 10 nights - I think the longer you stay, the more memorable your trip, right???
