wife was on for about 35mins

operator couldnt make her out as is usual with our accents , being Broad Belfast. just as well i use a number that costs just 1p minute to USA landlines and mobiles.
does anyone else do this or just pay the the going rate to BT or whatever provider you use

I always use telediscount. I dread to think how high my phone bill would be otherwise.

I have been on for as long as 55 minutes before!

I use BT to make my international calls (the few that I make) and the last one came to about £2 I think, which is a small price to pay for my ADRs :teeth:

(I can book them free through my DVC membership now so this was before I coul do that)

heres the phone No miffy if you or anyone needs to call the USA for any reason
call 08448618686 and just follow the details its quite simple even i was able to do it and they tell you before you dial the international No what the price is per minute. i phone Fuerteventura every week and i think its about 18p a minute with BT. with the No. for Spain i get 1p a minute

We have our internet and phone through carphone warehouse, and we get free calls to the USA after 6pm, and it was extended for a further 12months.

You would have thought that by now, you would be able to make ADR online!

I agree! It be so much easier.

Booked mine yesterday evening -was on phone for just under 15 mins, so that shouldn't be too much of a shock when the phone bill comes.

do you need to book 6 months in advance?

I was on the phone for over half an hour as well, what did make me laugh though was because of the accent difficulties I thought I'd help the cast member out by spelling my name phonetically, you know foxtrot-oscar-yankee :rotfl2: they didn't understand it at all!!! so funny,it actually took me longer to explain that thats an international way of spelling. I use the phonetic ALL the time and thats the first foreign phone call that couldn't get it.

I must have had the same CM as you! :thumbsup2 I use it too and last time I called I spoke to someone who couldn't 'get' what I was saying. And I dont think i have much of an accent - definite BBC English spoken here!!! - so I was rather surprised ;)

:rotfl2: Susieh, I'm glad it wasn't just me

For most meals, absolutely not. Some do sell out early, such as Cinderella's Royal Table (though actually now they do characters at meals other than breakfast alone that may have changed).

If you have a particular one or ones in mind it is nice to book as soon as you can so you know you have it secured, I always think :)

Why is this such a must do over the other Character meals? :)

I spent an hour on the phone once - the CM just said she was having a hard time with their system - she didn't tell me they were in the middle of a hurricane at the time! :rolleyes1 I wouldn't have called if I had known!

The thing with CRT is the fact that you are INSIDE the castle! princess: :yay: :cheer2:
