How long on hold for BBB?

Today is my 180 day mark! Trying to make BBB appointments and didn't realize there would be crazy wait time on the phone. When I called at 7 I was given 167 minute wait! Is this normal? Yikes.

Wow! That's crazy. I get that happens on some days special new events are released, but I'm not aware of anything like that today.

I hope their estimate was wrong.

I was lucky last week when I made a reservation, I was only on hold for 30 minutes!

You have to call to book either of those. I wish you didn't; but I guess it is because of the information they have to give you. Neither of these can be booked online.

I've never been on hold for long to book it though. That's nuts.

I've been calling often trying to move a ressie from DTD to MK. I usually call in the afternoon/early evening and have rarely had to wait.

I waited 75 minutes! So at least not the estimated 167. I was just about to hang up to take my kids to school and she picked up! Thank goodness

There were problems with online dining reservations this morning so I think many opted to call instead of deal with the online glitches.

I will say the CM I talked to was very nice! And made a note on my kids appt and all our other reservations that it was their 1st trip to disney! I thought that was very nice of her.
