How long is your street?

About 400 ft(according to DH). We are on sort of a cul de sac, but its also sort of 2 streets that fork once you get about 100 feet into the road. There is 1 house on 1 side, 2 on our side and 1 down the very end & center. And our house numbers are 23, 25, 27a and 27b(all single family homes). If you look at a map our street has a different name than what our address is. Tell me that makes sense???

We live on a cul-de-sac of 7 houses. The circle is great, because the kids can play in the middle and ride around on their bikes like they are on a race track!

Its a very long & curvy street & I love it very much but I have no clue:confused:

Now everyone join me in a chor of..."Our house, in the middle of the street, our house...:teeth:.
Sorry, its early & I'm in a weird mood!

About as long as a football field. There are apartement complexes on both sides and at the end of the street.

It's not that long, maybe 1/2 mile if that, but it connects 2 main roads in my town, so sometimes the cars go FLYING by!!!!! I'm glad I don't have kids, because I'd be worrying about them constantly. We put up a regualar fence rather than an electric fence for the dog because I was afraid that my kooky pet would blow right through the shcok of the electric fence and get killed!

Mine is just a block long as I live on small residential street. But Yonge Street in Toronto is the world's longest street running from Lake Ontario, north and up to Minnesota! :)

What part of St. Paul do you live in? I live in the Hamline area, and there are a lot of streets like that there...by Prior Ave. Just wondering if we are in the same neighborhood....

BTW - My streets goes about 3 - 5 miles. From Prior Ave to about Dale Street :)

Actually I live in South St Paul near the Mississippi. But St Paul is more common that "South" St Paul so I put that. We're kinda neighbors!

cool, alot of my family lives in ssp. a lot in igh, too :) hi neighbor!!

1.1 miles long. Our house is pretty close to the center. When our house was built, the road dead ended in front of our house. The developer told us that our road would eventually end in a cul-de-sac. Of course, that was not true. Our street connects two major north/south roads in our town. Fortunately, ours is not the only connecting street, so we don't have constant traffic going past our home.

I guess there are actually two answers to this question as our lot is on a corner. The other street (which also used to end at our property) is only 448 yards (three blocks) long. Not much traffic at all on that one.

I'd say it's about 1/4 of a mile long, or 2 blocks. :):D:)

:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Hmm, ours is about a mile or so...50 or so houses on it! :)

My actual driveways about 500 ft long. The road it's off is about a mile maybe. It's a rural road with 9 houses. It's about 1.5 lanes wide and we have people from a new nearby (richy) housing development fly down the middle of it. Almost been hit a couple of times.

My parents road is about 1.25 miles long, The road that I live on is huge.... at least 40 miles but it's a main road and I live in an apartment complex. Moving Friday and my road in Indiana is very short...

Very, I'm not sure how long, but over 20 miles sounds about right.

We have two houses on our street. Mine and my neighbor across from me. At the end of my street there are two cul de sacs that branch out. There are 8 houses on each of those those.
