how long is your kids summer vaca?

DS will have 10wks - June 23-Sept 1
so halfway will be the day we return from our 6night vaca - July 28

Both my kids are in college now, so it's a little longer. May 20 or so until late August. School kids here are off from May 27 until August 17.

My kids got out the Friday before Memorial Day, and go back mid August.

Last day of exams is June 23. They go back the Wednesday after Labor Day.

Here in NJ they have form June 23 (because of so many snow days) till Sept 2 or 3 I can't remember.

They start back again August 19th

Ugh--our kids are going so late this year. In addition to the snow and 'cold' days, our town had a 'Water Main Day' The Water main on the main drag in town broke, and all 3 schools (elementary, Middle and High School) are all on the same street.

Their last day is the 24th, and they head back AFTER Labor day.

My poor children don't get a summer vacation! They are in year round school, and just went back last Friday confused: !) They won't track out again until late August.
