How long is the planning session?

We are booked for our PS. It says it begins at 9, with a tasting at 9:30. How long does it last? We were thinking of trying to switch to the afternoon so we can do engagment pics in the morning.

Are you doing a full menu tasting at 9:30 or just cake tasting? My planning session was scheduled for 9am and went about 4 hours including the cake tasting(we were running late and ran over a little bit, so it may have been closer to 5 hours...idk), then we had a full menu tasting around 2:30 and it took about 2 hours. Hope this helps

She just emailed me back and rescheduled. They said PS starting at 1 p.m. and then menu tasting at 2:30.

Now I am confused

For our planning session we went in and sort of started planning and stopped when it was time to do other things, but then came back once we finished the tasting 7 floral time. It seems they book a tasting time and work everything else around it.

We got in at 9 talked wedding with our planner til 9:30 then talked to the floral planner for roughly 45 mins, then went to tasting, back to francks for cake taste/more wedding talk. We were able to talk and work on the cake pretty easily.

I would say 4 hours would be a fine guess. We were there until at least 1. If you have your ideas and know essentially what you want it won't be forever.

We met Diane over the Boardwalk for our tasting at 9:30, and that went until 11. We were free until 1pm, and our PS went until 4:30 - so 5 hours here!

Ok great!! So we get about an hour and half before our tasting and then time after I expect. great!!!
