How long is the Pixar Play Parade?

I was wondering how long the parade lasts; I am trying to figure out what time to make reservations. My fam wants to have dinner after the parade. I was also wondering if the parade is viewable from the outdoor seating at the Trattoria.

We are currently at disneyland, and last night we ate dinner at the Wine Country Trattoria and watched the parade come by. The parade was at 6:15 last night because of the media events, it is normally at 5:15. We had made reservations for 5, but got there at 4:30 to make sure we could get an outside table. The wait staff was awesome, they knew we were staying for the parade, as were some other tables around us and they didn't rush us or anything. They put us at the prime viewing table as the hostess said, and gave us extra coloring menus for both of my boys, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time.

I think the parade lasted around 20 minutes, I'm really not sure, I know we were out of the restaurant by about 6:45. It was a very nice place to watch the parade.

We of course had a table right up against the wall to watch the parade, but a couple of other families had other tables outside, and their children either stood on their chairs to watch the parade, or came up close to some of the other tables. We even let some people squeeze in between us and the table behind us (with that tables consent). So if you don't get a table right at the wall, know that your children can still stand up to see it. If you really want a table at the wall, just make sure to get there early and also to tell the hostess that is what you are wanting to do.
