From the Poly to EPCOT and back (no getting off). My grandson wants to ride the monorail.

Less than 5 minutes from Poly to the Transportation Center. The just about 30 minutes round trip to Epcot.

Poly to TTC takes a little longer. It is Poly, GF, CR, then TTC. You have to get off at TTC. Walk down and back up (one of the ways - maybe both - I can't remember) to get onto the Epcot line. I do think it is worth it!

If you’re staying in a DVC Poly room, those buildings are super close to TTC. It’s like a 3 to 5 minute walk to catch EP monorail. That monorail ride is about 15 minutes, then 15 minutes back. We love riding around through EPCOT!

The Poly resort monorail is different and I find that to have alot more hiccups, pauses, delays. The EP monorail usually is more reliable in that sense. They keep coming like every 10 minutes then straight shot to EP. The MK resort monorail is hit or miss - the past few years we have a 50% rate of them taking 45-60 minutes from point A to point B, including going to VGF from MK and another time VGF to Poly, both were one stop away. We try to take the resort boats or TTC ferry to get around MK area, or walk.

Thanks everyone. We will be having breakfast at Ohana. I think we will walk to TTC since it will be early in the day so no one should be tired of walking yet. Then it sounds like roughly 30 minutes for the round trip ride. I was thinking about an hour or longer (but I was thinking the resort loop to TTC). Since this is our chill day it sounds like maybe we can now squeeze in a round of mini golf.

You should ride the Epcot line at night too. See Epcot lit up.

Have you been on the skyliner? Your grandson would probably love that too. But that takes more time to get there on your chill day.

Skyliner is a must do for our family!!

After breakfast walk to TTC and get on the Epcot monorail.
Next get off at Epcot and take a bus to one of the Skyliner resorts (Art, Caribbean Beach, Pop or Riviera)
Next when you are done with your ride in the sky hop on a bus to Magic Kingdom.
From MK take the boat back to Poly.

You will then have taken all forms of Disney Transportation and able to explore some different areas.

Before Covid you could receive free trading cards from each of the modes of transportation but not sure if that has resumed.

Skyliner resorts don’t have buses at Epcot or HS unless the Skyliner is down. I believe there might be a bus to Hollywood Studios at Epcot bus stops so if so, you could get the Skyliner from HS
