how long is MS?

DBF and I were just talking about our one and only experience on MS and were trying to figure out how long the ride lasts for. Anyone have any idea about how long the actual ride is?

7.5 minute preshow, 5 minute ride.

It seems like the preshow goes on forever, yet the ride itself is over way too fast. I guess, according to the times listed above, that makes sense.
