How long is deposit refundable?

We paid the $200 and just wondering in case plans change!

close to the whole time - we had to cancel a trip just over 45 days prior to the trip - so we hadn't paid the balance yet... dh needed shoulder surgery which, ended up being scheduled for a week before the trip.

Anyway called and cancelled and they credited my card. I've read it can take a long time for them to credit you but it was on my next statement.

46 days before your package check in. Final payment is due 45 days prior and penalties kick in as of that date.

If you added trip insurance before your final payment date or anytime after your deposit the premium is non refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

The CM will say allow 60 days for your refund to appear on your CC, but that's just to cover themselves due to date cutoffs for the posting at your bank. Refunds are usually processed in a few days, but depending on your statement cutoff date may not appear until your next cycle.
